LAURA CHAPMAN

I have been selling real estate since 2002. I graduated from the Realtor Institute in 2006 and earned my GRI designation. I relocated to Las Vegas to enjoy the sunny weather and great restaurants and entertainment with my husband, Phil, and rescue dog, Tito. I was a top performing sales agent in Williamsburg, VA, ranking in the top 1-5% every year. I have closed over 125 Million since 2003. I am also a Certified Negotiation expert and a Notary.

I have been married for 36 years. My husband, Phil, is a retired Navy SEAL. After retirement in 2002, he attended William and Mary Law School . My children are grown and married. My son, Alex, works with smart contracts here in Las Vegas, and my daughter, Heather, works as a Paralegal in Richmond, VA. I find great satisfaction in making my clients dreams come true and advocating for them at the negotiating table. I love my job!
